4 avocados, mashed

2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced

½ bunch cilantro, chopped

½ red onion, diced

3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, diced

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Stir avocados, tomatoes, mango, cilantro, red onion, chipotle pepper, jalapeno pepper, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper together in a bowl.

The spiciness of this dish can be adjusted by adding or removing some of the peppers. If you are sensitive to spice, I would suggest making it without peppers and adding little by little until desired.
